Payment is taken upon submission of your order. If your prescription is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
We do not store full card details on our systems. All transactions are processed using industry-standard encryption.
Once your prescription has been approved and dispensed by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out by a tracked courier service to your stated UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address details provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place.
Medicines must be stored in accordance with the instructions provided. We accept no liability for medicines that are damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

Once a prescription has been dispensed and/or medicines have been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, in accordance with UK medicines legislation and for patient safety reasons.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Our services are not a substitute for your regular GP or NHS care. The information and treatments we provide are intended to complement, not replace, the advice of your usual healthcare professional. Always inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
In an emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency department. Do not use our online service for urgent or emergency medical matters.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
